Are any utilities included in my rent?

Yes - The Wren Coastal provides grounds keeping, lawn maintenance and exterior pest control at no additional cost.

What utilities will I need to set up for my new house at The Wren Coastal?

Residents will be responsible for the water and electric bill. For any services not billed directly to the tenants, The Wren Coastal will charge back the additional utility cost for each unit to the residents of that unit.

How do my roommates and I go about signing our new lease?

The first step is for each roommate to complete the questions on the "Contact Us" page of The Wren Coastal website. Once that is completed, a member of our team will contact the group to schedule a time to stop by and sign your lease.

Do appliances come with my new home?

Yes - each new home at The Wren Coastal comes standard with stainless style appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove and washer/dryer.

How far is The Wren Coastal from campus?

The neighborhood is adjacent to Coastal Carolina with a short walk across Highway 544 at Founders Drive.

What size community is The Wren Coastal?

The Wren Coastal consists of 14 townhome-style residences. The smaller neighborhood setting offers more privacy for residents and a traditional neighborhood feel.
